  • SILENZIO ASSENZIO

  • The green fairy, the charming Circe who attracted and chained to herself generations of bohémien artists, abandons her literary cafes to join XXIst century lounge bars; in this way the inspiring Muse dusts her old costumes and becomes once again goddess of new artistic creations: a name becomes a logo. In this way in 2003 the “Silenzio Assenzio” were born. In the same way as absinth is craftely created, the secret of the Silenzio Assenzio is in the right blend of acid-jazz sounds, new soul citations, black-music patterns, and jazz-funk elements which give the Silenzio Assenzio access to a infinite combination of musicalities. According to the rule that “the opposites attract each other”, the house-disco sounds mix with the soft lounge atmospheres: the result is a wide selection of pieces of music, which, when covers, are completely re-arranged (like My Favourite Things, Summertime, Sunny).
